1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refunds or exchanges if:

  • The wrong item was sent

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@vitallyglow.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue.

2. Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Jewelry that has been worn, used, or altered

  • Change of mind purchases

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.
